about

This song is about a young boy (a real boy, not a made up one) who died in the nuclear attack on Hiroshima. I saw his story on a documentary. I wrote, from his perspective, but in the documentary it was his mother who was interviewed. She had survived and kept his belongings her entire life. I felt people should remember him.
